The Court overseeing the Townsend N. Takushi and Joanne E. Brykczynski Living Trust, et al. vs. D.R. Horton, Inc., et al. Structural Strap, Concrete Repair, and Sill Track Reinforcement Repair Program has approved a settlement agreement for the repair of 541 homes covered under the agreement.
Class Members should contact SageWater to schedule the repair process on their home.
